This position will be responsible for IFG F-22 Sustainment Business management and financial reporting. The position will report to the F-22 Senior Business Operations Manager and have oversight of all Sustainment portfolio contracts. This position will engage in all aspects of Finance and Business operations to include Sustainment proposal development and negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, quarterly CSR (Contract Status Report) planning and reporting. This role will be responsible for managing the Performance Incentive Fee plan and managing the financial aspects of the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract. A broad range of business acumen will be required for this position including a familiarity of business processes associated with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning & Analysis, Independent Cost Estimating, Earned Value Management and others. Advise Program Management on all business-related issues affecting the Sustainment Programs. This candidate will support financial oversight, ensuring assigned contracts have a sound cost / financial baselines, conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts. This position will also support the establishment of the program ground rules to support Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) planning and High Potential Comprehensive EAC process. Communication skills; both verbal and oral, will be key to success in this position since this individual will be required to coordinate across multiple program and functional competencies

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college

• Experience with Earned Value (EV) applications

• Experience with SAP, Deltek or similar business
systems

• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation
(FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation
(DFAR)
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with contract / proposal processes and procedures
• Experience with all contract types and variations to include Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts
• Experience with US Government reporting requirements, for example, Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) or Contract Fund Status Report (CFSR)

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
