The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Manage requests for proposals and negotiate commercial conditions and contracts
Follow and manage contract execution (follow performance and applications of the contractual conditions)
Launch competitiveness or business continuity projects
Manage daily relationships with suppliers
Contribute to the definition and execution of the Product Sourcing Strategy for a given product category
Market Screening of the suppliers panel to identify new technologies or new suppliers
Requirements
Engineering School or Master in purchasing, logistics or sales
First experiences in sales and / or purchasing
Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP would be a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work in a transnational team
Proactive, persistent and logical approach to new challenges
English: Negotiation level, German: beneficial
