What you need to be successful in the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, or supply chain operations, including senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies with measurable cost savings and performance improvements.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing cross-functional and global teams.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry standards, compliance, and logistics requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced, global environment.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $180,000 to $270,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
