Hamburg, the headquarters of Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Germany and the largest Airbus site in Germany, employs around 15,000 people and plays a central role in the development and production of all Airbus aircraft. Definition working student

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company&39;s premises. A working student&39;s main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• As part of the Procurement Integrity Team, you will be part of the Ethics & Compliance Team in Procurement. In this area, you will act as a competent supporter with regard to the Airbus Ethics & Compliance Program and other internal company regulations.

• You will support the team with emerging tasks, provide support, and take on your own topics within the department.

• Support in reviewing compliance with internal Ethics & Compliance guidelines.

• Support in developing training content for Airbus&39; Ethics & Compliance program.

• Support in analysing Compliance data and preparation of Compliance Indicators

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Enrolled as a full-time student in Law, Management, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field.

• In-depth understanding of regulations and the interpretation of company policies.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Slides or equivalent tools is preferred.

• Open, communicative, resilient, and a strong team player.

• Hands-on mentality with an independent and proactive working style.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
