Position Summary
The Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers while providing exceptional customer service in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company standards. This position requires fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate safety instructions, make public announcements, and provide assistance to a diverse passenger base. Flight Attendants must maintain a professional demeanor, respond effectively in emergency situations, and create a positive travel experience for all customers.

Summary of Essential Duties
- Perform safety, security, and customer service duties in an aircraft environment.
- Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
- Deliver exemplary in-flight customer service, including meal and beverage service.
- Assist passengers with stowing luggage and provide support to individuals needing special assistance (e.g., unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, or individuals with disabilities).
- Conduct safety demonstrations and make public announcements in both English and Spanish.
- Respond to onboard emergencies, including medical situations (CPR/first aid) and aircraft evacuations.
- Operate and secure aircraft doors, emergency exits, and galley/cabin service equipment.
- Maintain professional appearance and cabin cleanliness.
- Complete required reports and documentation accurately.
- Comply with FAA, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership or the Pilot-in-Command.
