Silver Air is excited to announce an opening for a Lead Global Express, a role designed to elevate our Part 91 and Part 135 flight services through unmatched professionalism, commitment, and luxury. We're looking for candidates with at least 5-10 years of high-level executive assistant experience or similar, with a mix of Part 135/91 flight experience, to understand and navigate the high standards and complexities of our private jet chartered clients and aircraft owners. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a background in catering or hospitality, a nurturing yet decisive persona, and a professional appearance that embraces diversity and a worldly perspective. This position requires being within a 1-hour drive from PVU for operational efficiency. Additionally, candidates should be able to perform beyond traditional responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of cabin comfort and readiness, and demonstrating a commitment to safety, luxury, and impeccable service, which are the hallmarks of Silver Air's industry leadership.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • A college degree is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing high-end food and beverage services, along with luxury service experiences tailored to the expectations of VVIP clients.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • A knack for resourceful problem-solving and the ability to address challenges innovatively.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong time management capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation, plating techniques, display aesthetics, and service standards.
