As a Float Paramedic, you’ll provide advanced pre-hospital and interfacility critical care transport, adapting to diverse environments and patient needs. This position requires active Paramedic licensure in AZ, NM, TX, AL, FL, and OK, along with FP-C and NRP certifications, at least one year of full-time flight experience, and three years of recent 911 experience.
The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, self-directed, and thrives in dynamic settings that demand strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and attention to detail. This position includes 24-hour shifts, regional travel, and opportunities to work alongside some of the best clinicians in the industry.
Required: Active Paramedic licenses in AZ, NM, TX, AL, FL, and OK; FP-C; NRP; BLS/ACLS/PALS; trauma course (PHTLS, TPATC, or equivalent); and must meet weight requirement of 225 lbs including gear.
