Job Description:

Reading Blueprints/Manuals/Drawings

Studies plans and specifications for project to understand what needs to be done and how to complete the work
Utilized from fabrication through to installation
Follows drawings to produce final product

Interior Cabinet / Monument Fabrication and Assembly

Fabricates and assembles interior cabinets/monuments into aircrafts including: cabinets, gallies, desks, bulkheads and stereo cabinets
Uses power tools such as table saws, band saws, routers, sanders and portable power equipment to assemble products
Uses blueprints and other technical publications to complete assembly on such cabinets/monuments

Interior Cabinet / Monument Installation

Completes cabinetry installation and trim fabrication into the aircraft’s interior utilizing blueprints
Applies appropriate veneers and finishes to interior cabinets and monuments

Components and Fixture Installations

Installation of interior components/ fixtures (e.g. lighting, DVD players, humidifiers, monitors, switch panels, coat hooks, etc.)

Repair and Modification of Interior Cabinets/Monuments
