Position Title: Aircraft Interiors Assembly Technician
Overview
We’re seeking a skilled technician to join our team in assembling premium aircraft interior components, specifically front-row monument structures. This hands-on role involves working with various materials and tools to construct and install elements such as display housings, trim panels, wiring systems, and passenger comfort features. You’ll be part of an exciting new commercial aircraft initiative, contributing to the next generation of cabin design.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and integrate interior components using a variety of manual and powered tools
- Install features including screens, shrouds, cable harnesses, and adjustable footrests
- Apply potting compounds and laminate decorative panels with precision
- Interpret technical drawings and engineering schematics to ensure accurate builds
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and quality standards
Core Competencies
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power equipment for mechanical assembly
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation abilities
- Familiarity with composite materials and aircraft cabin interiors
Preferred Background
- At least one year of hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance
- Prior exposure to potting or floating insert installation is advantageous

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
