The intern will be required to work closely with multiple departments, to understand various business processes and to assist in improving its current mode of operation.
The nature of the work will also require the individual to be technically inclined and comfortable in using Microsoft applications. Exposure to SAP, conversant in writing excel macro and script will have an added advantage.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Creation of various Test Sheet used in the shopfloor.
- Collaborate with product Engineer and assist in Test rig modification.
- Assist in exploring new repair scheme.
- Develop a new linkage between forms to policy, for inter-department sharepoint.
- Develop Zebra printer barcode for jobpack archiving.
- Tool ID Revision & PN to illustration.
- Revision of tool tagging procedure.
- Assist on upcoming project from other Operational Cells.
- Complies with Quality, Environment, Health & Safety policies, and regulations
- Complies with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations
- Actively participate in process improvement and environmental, health and safety activities.
- Adopt and adapt best practice from other cells as a centralized usage across all cells.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or
- Diploma/Degree in Information System/Computing/Electronics Engineering
- Familiar with Microsoft Power BI and comfortable with data analytic activities.
- Familiar with Microsoft Applications.
- Good communication skills
