AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
Airbus’s Real Estate department is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architecture student to support strategic planning and asset management activities across the iberian Airbus portfolio. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, bridging architectural vision with corporate financial and operational needs.
1. Tasks to be carried out by the StudentThe intern will actively support the Real Estate team in the following key areas:
- Market Analysis & Transaction Support: Assist the market analysis research to assess local real estate trends, property valuations, and competitive leasing conditions relevant to current and potential Airbus sites and support the transaction team by preparing initial data packages for leasing activities (analysis and negotiation), acquisitions, and disposals.
- Real Estate Master Planning Support: Assist in the development, analysis, space utilization studies, and update of the Real Estate Master Plan for various Airbus sites, ensuring alignment with business unit requirements and future growth strategies.
- Data Management & Digitalization: Participate in the digitalization of real estate databases, supporting the integration of spatial data (e.g., BIM models, GIS…).
- Asset Reporting: Assist in the management of the real estate asset portfolio by collecting and compiling necessary documentation for transactions (lease administration, disposals, acquisitions).
- Financial Reporting: Contribute to financial reporting by compiling data related to Capital Expenditures (CapEx), operating costs, and portfolio valuation for executive summaries.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis on portfolio performance, occupancy rates, and benchmark metrics to identify areas for optimization and cost efficiency.
2. Knowledge to be Acquired by the StudentThe intern will gain valuable, practical knowledge in:
- Corporate Real Estate Strategy: Understanding the link between a company&39;s strategic goals (business plan) and its physical footprint (Master Planning).
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate assets, from strategic planning and investment to operational management and disposal.
- Data Governance in Real Estate: Best practices for structuring, managing, and securing complex real estate data for reporting and decision-making.
- Financial Acumen in Real Estate: Basic principles of real estate finance, including CapEx justification, portfolio valuation concepts, and cost reporting structures within a large corporation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Operational/Business Units.
- Transnational collaboration: Experience working with teams across different countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Germany and UK.
3. Internship Project/Area FocusThis internship will be integrated within the Real Estate function, focusing on:
- Real Estate Transactions: Assisting the transaction team by preparing initial data packages for leasing activities (analysis and negotiation), acquisitions, and disposals, and supporting the market analysis research.
- Real Estate Master Plan Development: Assisting in the long-term rolling plan for site development and consolidation.
- Portfolio Data Integrity Program: Direct involvement in the projects to standardize and digitize the global real estate database.
- Financial Performance Tracking: Supporting the team in quarterly/annual financial reviews for property management and capital investment projects.
4. Tools to be UsedThe student will utilize industry-standard and proprietary Airbus software tools, including:
- Data Analysis/Reporting: Google sheets, Google slides, Canva.
- Database/GIS/BIM: Exposure to GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and/or BIM (Building Information Modeling) platforms used by Airbus for spatial data management. Familiarity with a specific tool (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS) is a plus.
- Enterprise Software: Potential exposure to internal dedicated Real Estate Management Systems

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Master’s degree in Architecture (candidates with a strong focus on spatial planning and construction are highly encouraged).
- Language Proficiency: Native Spanish. (Helpful for local site interaction, though English is primary.) Level C1 English (Fluent working proficiency required for international team communication). Level B2 French will be valuable
- General knowledge in: Real Estate Asset Management, CAD/BIM Software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and Spatial Planning Methodologies.
- Skills valued:

- Commitment and high sense of responsibility toward deadlines and data accuracy.
