About the Internship

Join the EHS Department at Collins Aerospace and play a key role in supporting the company’s digital transformation journey. You’ll help modernize safety and environmental management systems, digitize key workflows, and assist in the setup of the EHS Management System for our new US$250 million manufacturing facility currently under development in Seletar Aerospace Park

This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to understand how EHS systems function within a global aerospace organization — combining digital tools, compliance coordination, and stakeholder collaboration.

What You Will Learn

• Learn to apply data analytics, automation tools, and digital tracking systems to optimize inventory and materials flow.
• Develop problem-solving and analytical skills to address supply chain challenges such as casting shortages and cash flow constraints using digital approaches.
• Understand how to align digital initiatives with business strategy to support long-term efficiency and resilience.
• Build confidence in data-driven decision-making through the use of Power BI, Python, and Excel.
• Strengthen your communication and collaboration skills through interaction with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Work On

• Support digitalization of workflows related to contractor management, wastewater treatment (WWTP), and waste disposal processes.
• Update and maintain EHS documentation, including “Blue Files,” and ensure all qualitative and quantitative Industrial Hygiene (IH) assessments are up to date.
• Assist in the revalidation of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and ensure compliance documentation is maintained.
• Coordinate and support Assurance Review activities, assisting in preparation, scheduling, and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of the EHS Management System for the Seletar site — a new facility under construction.
• Collaborate with EHS engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time.

What You Will Need

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and preferably Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD (good to have).
• Keen interest in EHS, sustainability, and digital transformation initiatives.
