Role Overview:
Assist the Environmental, Health & Safety Department in various tasks
Assist in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRARC), Strength of Defense (SOD) and Heatmap updates
Maintaining and update Environmental, Health & Safety documentations filing for easy access
Assist in internal and external audit preparation
Assist in framework 2.0, Environment, Health & Safety Manuals update
Environmental, Health & Safety communications via email and/or physical meeting
Assist in incident investigation and corrective action follow up
Attending to Environmental, Health & Safety concern verification and follow up
Conduct workplace inspection/walkabout
Propose on any improvement in related with EHS at the workplace
Perform other Environmental, Health & Safety task assigned by Superior from time to time
Ideal Candidate:
Required Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Environmental, Health and Safety Management.
Have technical knowledge in Environmental, Health & Safety.
Undergraduate in a school based in Malaysia
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
Enthusiasm in working in area of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Good time management and strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
Strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative
Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
