Tasks
- Support daily administration of the SuccessFactors platform
- Perform data Quality Checks based on predefined control lists
- Support process optimization and standardization initiatives within the team
- Create and update process documentation (SOPs, instructions, FAQs)
- Collaborate with the Product & Platform Management team
- Prepare training materials and reports
- Handle technical tickets and coordinate with Helpdesk
- Conduct system testing in cooperation with relevant teams
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- German language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows environment
- Experience in HR are and /or IT is an advantage
Personal Skills:
- Ability to draft process documentation
- Attention to detail and systematic approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Teamwork and communication skills
