Interns will gain industry exposure, work on impactful projects, and develop professional skills through training and mentorship from Delta’s team of experienced meteorologists.What You’ll DoInterns will contribute to meaningful work that supports the continuous improvement of the Meteorology department. Responsibilities include:Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting meteorological dataAssisting with the development of tools, scripts, or web‑based applicationsCreating and updating training materialsSupporting various operational and research‑focused projectsObserving and learning from Delta meteorologists as they produce operational forecasts and weather products (approximately 15 of the internship)Location: Atlanta, GA (Delta Operations & Customer Center)Duration: Summer 2026Type: Full‑Time, Paid InternshipHousing Stipend: Available for eligible candidates residing outside the Atlanta area
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) We’re looking for motivated, curious, and detail‑oriented students with a passion for meteorology and aviation.
