As Intern – Production Controller you will interface between the shop and fulfillment team and your main role will be monitoring and supporting production line.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Learn how to monitor shop production in order to assure delivery plan
Verify supplier commit and expedite delays to ensure production scheduling
Support shop activities
Support shop and Materials Planning team to improve production lead time, turns and inventory
Provide support in communication among different functions
Monitor operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
Qualifications/Requirements
Masters Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering of Management Engineering
Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
Analytical, organizational and planning skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of technical drawing
Curious and eager to learn
Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
Fluent Italian and English
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics
Ability to make decisions quickly
Ability to guide and influence others
Prior experience in Material Planning
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
