Tasks

You love traveling and would like to work with us to improve the experience for our customers along the entire travel chain? Your main tasks during the internship will include

  • Collaboration on the CoCreation Hub, our collaboration platform for customers: Creation of communication materials (newsletter, email distribution, information articles), surveys, presentation of results, community management, project management
  • Organization of internal and external events
  • General benchspans on customer-relevant product and service topics
  • Administrative tasks within the team

The internship is scheduled to start in February 2026 for 6 months. The internship is remunerated.

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.

  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or between the Bachelors and Masters degree program as a gap-year internship
  • High level of motivation, customer orientation and quality awareness
  • Analytical thinking skills and enjoy processing data
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Interest and fun in product development
  • Enjoy communication (German & English) and teamwork
  • Very good MS Office & English skills
  • Good Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a nice to have
