• Support in the continuous optimization of processes (CIP) and process modeling
• Participation in the implementation of process management standards and independent assumption of process management tasks
• Supporting the implementation of digitalization initiatives and participating in the planning and analysis of the digitalization portfolio
• Collaboration in the knowledge management initiative and the further development of the internal wiki
• Support with change management activities and communication
• Administrative support in the planning and implementation of workshops & meetings

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.

• Studies in (industrial) engineering, computer science, economics or similar

• Enrollment during the entire internship (current enrollment certificate and proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or internship between Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
• Team-oriented way of working, communication skills and good analytical and conceptual skills
• Pragmatic, goal-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Desirable: Knowledge of IT project management, digital transformation, data science or AI
• Quick comprehension, objective judgment, initiative and high sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of process management, knowledge management and lean management an advantage
