• You develop training content together with other trainers
• You analyze and visualize training results
• You support projects for new digital training methods
• You develop concepts and presentations on the topic of technical training
• You are responsible for updating existing training materials in accordance with EASA regulations

• You are interested in developing new training methods in the field of education
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You have knowledge of ChatGPT / AI and are interested in a new concept to use it for training content
• You have a quick grasp and high motivation to advance topics
• You are experienced in new technologies such as virtual reality, 3D applications
• You enjoy working in a team
• You speak English and German
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
