In training management at the Munich site, we support the specialists of tomorrow - our trainees in the technical professions of aircraft electronics and aircraft mechanics. We make sure that training with us is not only professionally strong, but also inspiring on a personal level.
- Collaboration in the recruiting process: Support in the selection and support of our applicants
- Supporting pre- and onboarding processes: Assisting in the preparation and implementation of welcome days for new trainees
- Support in training spaneting: Assistance in the planning and implementation of spaneting measures (e.g. at trade fairs, social media campaigns or school cooperations)
- Administrative support: organization and maintenance of training documents as well as general office and project assistance
- Collaboration in exciting projects

Requirements
At the time of the internship, you should be at least in the 3rd semester of your studiesand ideally have the following qualifications:
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
- (Ongoing) studies in a relevant subject area (e.g. economics, human resources management, psychology, business psychology or comparable degree program)
- Interest in recruiting and training support
- Good communication skills and creative ideas
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Fluency in German and English
