What You Will Do *
Coordinate internally with P&W USA team as well as local staff to ensure training agreement letters are signed and trainings scheduled in the learning management system (LMS)
Ensure timely collection of dues from customers including resolution of any pending issues related to payments in coordination with the finance team
Coordinate with instruction team to ensure that the trainings are conducted in a smooth manner with good quality for sustained repeat business from customers
Ensure that the Learning Management System (LMS) reflects the most up-to-date status on ongoing and completed trainings.
Coordinate with customers to ensure students are signed up, profiles approved, customer demo sessions are conducted timely, and training material is made available to students.
Perform the role of the training coordinator as per requirements of the DGCA and EASA
Other general site admin and business support activities as needed from time to time.
Work with external P&W airline customers in South Asia & Middle east to grow the training services business and ensure smooth pipeline of opportunities for the site
Grow the P&W trainings business with universities and suppliers in support of P&W branding initiatives in the region while working closely with P&W industry partners.
Monitor EIS customers and ensure training needs are met.
Keep track of customer training credits to max utilize the training allowances.
