Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer II to join our supply chain team supporting complex aerospace programs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the procurement of materials, services, and products that keep production and development programs on schedule. You’ll manage supplier relationships from bid to delivery—issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with all purchasing and logistics requirements. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and economical delivery of components while maintaining strong communication between sourcing, program, and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of tactical purchasing experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with Coupa, Costpoint, and aerospace supply chains is a plus, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor supplier performance, expedite critical materials, and drive continuous improvement across the procurement process. Compensation: $50/hr.
