Une offre d&39;apprentissage intitulée &34;Apprenti Acheteur (H/F)&34; vient d&39;ouvrir au sein d&39;Airbus Commercial sur le site Louis Bréguet (Toulouse).

Vous rejoindrez notre organisation des Achats Électriques (sigle PSCLS), ce qui signifie que vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et accueillante, qui contribue à l&39;électrification de l&39;avion complet : nous négocions tous les contrats électriques, de la pièce standard au package de travail complet.

Cet apprentissage consistera à soutenir les acheteurs gérant les pièces standard électriques.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2023 et durera 2 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d&39;un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vous contribuerez aux principales activités suivantes :

• Soutien ou direction des appels d&39;offres

• Soutien aux modifications de contrat

• Suivi des contrats pour tous les acheteurs

• Projets ponctuels selon vos intérêts (par exemple, durabilité, négociation, ...)

Compétences et prérequis :

Vous intégrerez une formation de niveau Master dans le domaine des Achats ou équivalent pour une durée d&39;apprentissage de 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Négociation

• Contrat

• Gestion de projet

• Organisation

• Travail d&39;équipe

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : négociation

• Français : avancé

Notre processus de sélection :

Toutes les candidatures sont examinées par un recruteur.

Si votre candidature est retenue par le recruteur lors de cette première revue, vous serez invité à mener un entretien vidéo différé. Celui-ci sera visionné puis partagé avec le manager si votre candidature est présélectionnée.

Le manager organisera des entretiens avec les candidats présélectionnés avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour l&39;apprentissage.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Buyer (M/F)&34; has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Louis Bréguet (Toulouse) site. 

You will join our Electrics Procurement organisation (siglum PSCLS), which means you will integrate a dynamic and welcoming team, which contributes to the electrification of the full aircraft: we negotiate all electrics contracts, from the standard part to the full work package.

This apprenticeship will consist in supporting the buyers managing the electrical standard parts. 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Support to or lead Call for Tender

• Support to Contract amendments

• Lead the contract follow-up for all buyers

• Ad-hoc projects depending on your interest (eg. sustainability, negotiation, …)

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a Master level training in the field of Procurement or equivalent for an apprenticeship of  2  years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Negotiation

• Contract

• Project Management

• Organisation

• Team-oriented

Language skills: 

• English: negotiation

• French: advanced

Our selection process 

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
