Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri (8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Account Representative to join our Customer Care Center. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for distributors needing replacement components — playing a critical role in resolving inquiries and keeping operations running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
What Youll Do Every Day
Handle 60–70 inbound calls/cases daily with professionalism and efficiency
Assist distributors with parts selection, pricing, availability, orders, expediting, and limited technical support
Provide outstanding follow-up to ensure distributor and sales manager satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Managers, Parts Counter personnel, and other distributor contacts
Resolve issues through collaboration with internal teams and departments
Participate in Carrier Excellence Activities to drive continuous improvement
Manage and compile reports from multiple data sources to support customer operations
What You Bring to the Table
Required:
Experience in a call center environment, with the ability to manage high call volumes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Highly organized with attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
Creative problem-solver with a proactive, self-starter attitude
Preferred:
Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
Knowledge of SAP, PIC, and Windchill systems
Background in HVAC (residential or commercial), including the ability to read basic technical drawings
Spanish language skills – a strong plus!

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
