Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée &34;Apprenti(e) Process Supply Chain (F/H)&34; vient d’ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Commercial sur le site de Toulouse-Saint Martin.

Vous rejoindrez le département OTXS en charge de la mise en place et de la gestion des processus de la chaîne d’approvisionnement pour Airbus commercial (tous les programmes).

Cet apprentissage consistera à : Soutenir le développement et le déploiement de processus au sein d’Airbus commercial

Cet apprentissage commencera en septembre/octobre 2024 et durera 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un responsable qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vous contribuerez aux principales activités suivantes :

• Contribuer à la stratégie numérique d’approvisionnement :

• Par Fourniture d’outils opérationnels e Outils de gestion visuelle convergence & rationalisation (réduction du nombre d’outils et BOT)

• Évolution du paysage informatique planifiée et alignée sur la stratégie de processus (Maturité 4)

• Liste des capacités par rapport au produit de données par rapport à l’application

• Déploiement de chatbots pour soutenir la recherche documentaire

• Intelligence artificielle

• Preuve de concept

Compétences et préalables :

Vous intégrerez une formation de niveau BAC&43; 5 dans le domaine de l’Industrie ou de la Supply Chain ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 1, 2 ou 3 ans. 
 

Vous possédez les connaissances et les compétences suivantes : 

• Méthode et outil du processus d’approvisionnement (SAP est un plus)

• Intérêt pour le numérique

• À l’aise avec google suite 

• Autonomie

• Intérêt pour le travail dans un environnement multiculturel 

• Gestion de projet

• Communication et esprit d’équipe

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : courant

• Français courant

Selon le contexte, vous devrez peut-être voyager sur d’autres sites Airbus en Europe.

Notre processus de sélection :

Toutes les candidatures sont examinées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est retenue par le recruteur lors de cette première évaluation, vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Celle-ci sera affichée et ensuite partagée avec le gestionnaire si votre application est présélectionnée. 

Le gestionnaire organisera des entrevues avec les candidats présélectionnés avant de choisir le candidat final pour l’apprentissage.

You will join the OTXS department in charge of  setting up and managing the supply chain processes for Airbus commercial (all programmes)

This apprenticeship will consist in: Supporting Process development and deployment within Airbus commercial

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1,  2  or 3 year(s).

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Contribute to the Supply digital strategy:

• By Supply operational tools & Visual management tools convergence & rationalization (reducing the number of tools and BOT’s)

• IT landscape evolution planned and aligned with the process strategy (Maturity 4)

• List of capabilities vs Data product vs application

• Chatbot deployment to support documentary research

• Artificial intelligence Proof of concept

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of Industry or Supply Chain or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Supply Process Method & tool (SAP is a plus)

• Interest for the Digital

• At ease with google suite 

• Autonomy

• Interest for work in multicultural environment 

• Project Management

• Communication and Team Spirit

• English: fluent

• French: fluent

Depending on the context, you may be required to travel in other Airbus sites in Europe.
 

Our selection process :

All applications are reviewed by a recruiter. 

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
