The Opportunity
Coastal Aircraft Services is seeking a disciplined and exceptionally competent Aviation Office & Operations Manager to join our team in Gulf Shores. This dual-role position serves as the logistical heartbeat of our shop. Our ideal candidate is a detail oriented person with multiple years of experience in aviation, automotive parts, or high-stakes logistics and customer service to help us maintain a seamless flow of components and documentation while also being the voice of the company to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage the end-to-end parts procurement process, from sourcing and quoting to core returns and inventory precision.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure 100% compliance with FAA regulations and maintenance manuals regarding part traceability.
- Active Planning: Proactively identify and resolve potential "wait times" or part delays to facilitate the maintenance team's efficiency.
- Office Administration: Manage daily business operations with a focus on accuracy, professional correspondence, and organized record-keeping.
- Financial Stewardship: Track time (Sold vs. Actual) and manage quotes and invoices to ensure our skilled work is represented fairly and accurately.
