 THIS POSITION IS LOCAL TO  CHINO  CALIFORNIA

The Role

The Parts Person is responsible for maintaining sufficient inventory, and handling and processing aircraft material as required by the Company, while managing a team of material support personnel. This candidate will report to the Materials Manager.

Is this a remote position?

This is not a remote position. Candidates will report for duty at our Chino location.

• A&P license preferred

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Research new vendors and contracts
• Negotiate discounts
• Search for parts and materials
• Order parts
• Issue PO’s, sales orders, and invoices
• Manage inventory at the Chino locations
• Perform inventory reconciliation
• Understand and manage shelf-life limited material
• Understand and manage limited aircraft parts
• Work with multiple shipping companies
• Work with the Director of Aircraft Maintenance and other management as necessary

Requirements:

• Must have a working knowledge of Corridor Aviation Software
• Knowledge of hazmat shipping and handling
• Familiar with ESDS and preventative procedures
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to occasionally travel for meetings, audits, or projects
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screenings
• Must possess a valid clean driver’s license that is insurable by the Company
