Job Description: Fabricator – Aerospace (CNC Press Brake)
The Fabricator will support aerospace production by forming precision metal components using CNC press brakes and other fabrication equipment. This role is responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, producing high‑quality formed parts, and ensuring all work meets strict aerospace specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form aluminum, stainless steel, and aerospace-grade alloys according to engineering requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, aerospace specifications, and work orders to determine bend sequences, tooling, and machine settings.
- Select appropriate tooling, dies, and back-gauge setups to achieve accurate bends with minimal variation.
- Inspect parts during and after bending using calipers, protractors, height gauges, templates, and other precision tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform minor machine adjustments, offsets, and troubleshooting to maintain consistent part quality.
- Monitor material condition and report nonconforming components, defects, or deviations from aerospace standards.
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace while following all aerospace safety, FOD (Foreign Object Debris), and quality-control procedures.
- Assist with additional fabrication tasks such as shearing, deburring, forming, drilling, or assembly as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
