Position Summary

The position is a hands-on Chemist position with an emphasis on electroless and electrolytic plating, formulation of fillers into rubber, epoxies, paints & adhesives, troubleshooting raw materials, interacting with suppliers, etc., all related to the production of electrically conductive materials

Responsibilities

-Provide hands on research and development in the area of electroless and electrolytic plating, formulation of fillers into rubber, epoxies, paints and adhesives.-Troubleshoot raw materials-Provide hands on scientific and analytical approaches to product development

Qualifications

-A degree in chemistry, polymer science or materials technology is necessary to be considered.-At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred, especially in the areas of plating or polymer formulation.-Eligibility to work on non-exportable technologies, i.e., candidate must be a U.S. citizen or hold the required credentials to be considered.-Ability to provide hands-on technical leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work as a team member in a production environment.-Ability to be self-managing and task focused.-Highly motivated and results oriented.-Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, suppliers and customers.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation

• Pay Range:  $87050 to $145250 annually
• Participation in Annual Incentive Program
