Job Title: CNC MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Lathes and Mills. This includes performing complex setups, tool changes, programming edits, and verifying changes through inspection methods. You will generate CNC programs using CAM programming software and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Mills under minimal supervision.
- Perform complex setups and tool changes.
- Edit programs and verify changes through inspection methods.
- Generate CNC programs using available CAM programming software.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment following the 5S principles.
Essential Skills- 3-5 years of experience for Level 2 CNC, 5+ years for Level 3 CNC.
- Experience writing CNC programs in a machining environment.
- Proficiency with CAD and CAM software.
- Ability to program using MasterCAM Software.
- Experience with measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and blueprints in English.
- Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- Aerospace experience preferred.

Work EnvironmentYou will be working inside a facility located in Phoenix. The shifts available include Weekend Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM - 2 PM; 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 10:30 PM; and 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM - 2 PM.
