Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Shifts:
1st and 2nd Monday–Thursday: 5:30am–4:00pm or 4:00pm–2:30am
Friday–Sunday: 5:00am–5:30pm or 5:00pm–5:30am - Weekend shifts paid at 40 hours for 36 hours worked
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with over 5 years of experience in multi-axis machining, specifically working with large parts and long cycle times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in machining materials such as aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel, with precision measuring to 1/1000th of an inch.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines for multi-axis machining.
- Ensure precision in machining large parts with long cycle times.
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate machine setup.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery as needed.
- Utilize M code and G code for programming and operations.
- Conduct inspection and quality control using calipers and micrometers.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain production schedules.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC multi-axis machining.
- Proficiency in measuring materials to 1/1000th of an inch.
- Strong in machining aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
- Experience in reading blueprints and machine setup.
- Expertise in using m code, g code, and performing machining inspections.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
