Worldwide Jet Charter is seeking a detail-oriented Crew Logistics Coordinator to support our flight operations by efficiently scheduling and coordinating crew members across our fleet. This role is critical in ensuring safe, timely, and compliant operations while providing exceptional support to our pilots and cabin attendants.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain crew schedules in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Arrange crew logistics, including travel, hotels, ground transportation, and schedule changes.
- Monitor daily flight operations and respond to irregular operations (delays, cancellations, diversions) by adjusting crew assignments as needed.
- Communicate schedule updates and trip details to crew members in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure duty/rest requirements and applicable regulations are met at all times.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, and Management to support staffing needs and coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of crew assignments, schedule changes, and related documentation.
- Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed based on operational demands.
Qualifications
- Prior aviation, crew scheduling, dispatch, or operations experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling/operations software (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
