Shipping/Receiving Specialist – Keep Operations Moving with Precision and PurposePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Specialist to support our partner, a respected leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials, parts, and equipment flow smoothly through the facility—directly impacting production success and operational efficiency.
About the RoleAs a Shipping/Receiving Specialist, you will support daily logistics operations by verifying incoming and outgoing materials, processing documentation, packaging shipments, and maintaining essential inventory. Your attention to detail and reliability will help keep critical aerospace projects on track.
What You’ll Do- Assist with initial verification of incoming and outgoing materials, checking for correct identification and potential damage.
- Process all shipping and receiving documentation accurately and promptly.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Handle and process incoming shipments efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of shipping and receiving supplies to support continuous workflow.
- Support general warehouse logistics as needed.
Location: 3801 Lloyd King Dr, O Fallon, MO 63368
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Consultant (12 months)
Pay Rate: $14.62–$17.55 per hour
PPE Requirement: Steel toe or composite safety shoes
QualificationsRequired- Experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations
- Ability to follow documented processes and maintain accuracy
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for the role
- Comfortable working with shipping documentation and inventory processes
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred- Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or shipping software
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay Details: $14.62 to $17.55 per hour
