Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Team at Skrydstrup, Denmark Airbase, supporting the Royal Danish Air Force (RDAF). Responsibilities include:

• Uses Fifth Generation aircraft management
tools Autonomic Logistics Information System
(ALIS) to track aircraft history, maintenance,
engine data and time Compliance Technical
Data(TCTDs) and time change items. Uses
aircraft data to project future maintenance
events that will impact aircraft operations.
• Performs debriefing, scheduling, inspection
tracking, coordination of outside support, assists
in signing the aircraft exceptional release and
other various functions in accordance with
appropriate Interim Contractor Instructions
(ICIs) and Sustainment Operating Instruction
(SOIs).
• Plans and develops current flight schedules
resulting in efficient service, optimum use of
aircraft and other company resources to
maximize production.
• Modifies, revises, and provides economic analysis of schedule plans.
• Coordinates with Maintenance & Logistics Support Manager on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur.
• Provide On-The-Job training to government
personnel as it pertains to Aircraft scheduling
and Maintenance Ops Center operations.
• Validates work schedules and assigns tasks in
the ALIS.
• Assist the Ops Analyst with monitoring aircraft
status and requesting base support.
• Executes TCTDs and coordinates results with
Quality Assurance and Aircraft Maintenance
Managers.
• Works with maintenance supervision to ensure
maintenance actions are completed on time. Maintains accurate aircraft status boards and performs other duties as directed by the Manager.
• Requires the application of experience and
judgment in selecting procedures to be followed
in searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding
items to be entered from ALIS and other related
functions.
• Attends Customer generated meetings as required. Ensures Government is provided Formal On-The-Job training as required by the contract.
• Must be able to deploy if needed in support of
F-35 operations.
• Must be able to work different shifts to include
weekends.
• Must have an active final secret security
clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at
a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:

• Bachelors Degree with 3 years flightline aircraft
maintenance experience; or will accept 5 years
flightline aircraft maintenance experience without a degree
• Must have at least 3 years F-35 aircraft production/maintenance experience.
• Must have been previously awarded an Air
Force 7 skill level or USMC/USN Collateral Duty Inspector.
• Must have thorough understanding of the
Aircraft Maintenance Data Collection systems (such as
Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)).
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:

• U.S. Navy, Marine Corp or US Air Force
experience
• Thorough understanding of Fighter Aircraft
Systems and Operations
• F-35 Flightline experience
• Previous experience as a Maintenance
Controller, Aircraft Production Supervisor, and/or Aircraft
Flightline Expediter highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with international
partners/other armed service
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Working Knowledgeable of such programs as
Hazardous Waste Management, Safety, Training,
FOD, Security, Supply Chain Management, and Time
Accounting.
• Knowledge of OSHA, AFOSH, NAVOSH, and state safety and health standards and regulations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple maintenance disciplines
in an integrate workforce environment that consists of
Military, Government Civil Service, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Pratt and Whitney, General Electric and BAE systems employees.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
