Job Summary
The Inventory Analyst 1 supports inventory control processes by assisting with cycle counts, data entry, and reconciliation tasks. This role works under close supervision and is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records across locations while learning to identify and resolve basic discrepancies.

M-F; 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (M-TH), 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Fri); OR M-F; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely.
- Assist in performing daily and weekly cycle counts.
- Enter and reconcile basic inventory data in ERP or WMS systems.
- Monitor transactional accuracy in inventory systems.
- Support inventory audits and help investigate count discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute simple inventory reports under guidance.
- Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock movements are recorded.

- Associate degree or Bachelors in business, supply chain, or related field (or in progress).
- 0–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience.
- Basic Excel and data entry skills.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn inventory processes.
