Job Objective
The Inventory Clerk is responsible to effectively maintain and monitor inventory.
Essential Functions
- Fill requisitions for various customers
- Maintain inventory room and monitor inventory levels
- Maintain binge stock and monitor stock levels
- Pull parts for shop mechanics
- Run company errands as needed
- Hotshot parts to various locations as needed
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA)
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail
- Strong clerical, math, and organization skills
- Excellent people skills to include customer service
- Basic computer skills to include data entry
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in logistics preferred
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of walking, pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, sitting, and standing
- Climbing on various heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Work Environment
- Air-controlled stockroom
- Occasional outdoor environment with potential extreme cold and hot temperatures
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals is possible
- Moderate noise level at times
Work Status, Schedule, & Travel
- Full Time
- Various schedules (7:00am-4:00pm, 7:30-4:30pm, or 8:00am-5:00pm)
- No travel required
- 40 hours per week
