STS Technical Services is actively hiring a 1st Shift Inventory Control Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for consistent hours with overtime always available, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular inventory counts
- Communicate inventory discrepancies and issues to management
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and resolve variances
- Compile and generate inventory reports as needed
- Perform data entry into Epicor ERP system to track inventory movement
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret measuring devices, such as tape measures
- Capable of reading a bill of material (BOM) and following instructions
- Comfortable using computers and ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Highly motivated with a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-focused with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Must pass a competency test, pre-employment physical, and drug screen
