What You Will Be Doing:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Inventory Tool Attendant to play a pivotal role in our F-35 aircraft maintenance operations. This position involves a variety of responsibilities within our tool room and supply areas, including the overseeing of hazardous materials essential to supporting aircraft maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience in aviation maintenance, particularly with fighter jets such as the F-35, and possess a keen interest in aviation and mechanical project.
Beyond this, you may also:
• Conduct detailed tool inspections and manage inventory to ensure all items are accounted for, including the check-in and check-out processes.
• Be responsible for the marking and cleaning of tools, ensuring they are maintained in optimal condition.
• Oversee the scheduling of equipment calibration, and maintain a log of spare or broken tools, ensuring they are controlled efficiently.
• Manage HAZMAT storage and distribution, along with the issuance and return of supplies related to aircraft maintenance.
• Operate forklifts or delivery trucks for the transportation of tools, parts, and equipment as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
• 2 years combined experience in tool room operations, and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of Safety, Tool Control, Foreign Object damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) storage and disposition, Quality assurance oversight, and Security programs.
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of ALIS
• Possess practical knowledge of supply chain management
• HAZMAT certification
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Forklift certified
• Ability to prepare and ship material
• Knowledge of DOD supply and transportation practices.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
