A & P Helicopters, Inc. is looking for a full time Inventory Specialist.
- Experience preferred, but training will be provided to the right applicant.

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the necessary parts and equipment are received, shipped, and entered into the inventory program accurately for traceability in a timely manner. Communicate with the Maintenance Team regarding availability and allocation of parts.
Duties - Inventory Specialist duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure items are received, inspected, and inventoried.
- Ensure all parts and materials are inspected upon receipt for verification of serviceability and documentation to facilitate traceability to approved source.
- Package, ship, and track parts, components and materials out for repair, overhaul, and inspection per the ADOM’s instructions.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records regarding the responsibilities listed above.
- Ensure that shelf-life items are appropriately stored, tagged and monitored for expiration date.
- Responsible for segregation and disposal of quarantined parts and materials from serviceable parts and materials in a manner that will ensure that only serviceable items can be used for maintenance.
- Forecast utilizing parts tracking methods with the assistance of the Parts and Logistics Manager and the ADOM.
- Comply with storage and handling instructions and regulations applicable to inventory parts and materials.
