What are your contributions to the team?
Set objectives for the team based on the Supply Chain balanced scorecard and lead team through monthly KPI governance to ensure target achievements.
- Prioritize resource allocation and team support in order to maximize overall benefits to the program.
Work closely with cross-functional leadership within the Global, Challenger and Learjet programs and the Supply Chain leadership teams.
- Complete performance evaluation and personal development plans with team members.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Develop and manage performance management plans.
- Create formal networks internally and externally, including key fabricated metal parts suppliers and industry partners.
Complete sourcing activities for the program and manage strategic initiatives for profitability growth.
- Oversee supplier management throughout the product development phases.
- Manage product changes with our suppliers.
Oversee operational escalations internal partners.
Oversee contractual and commercial negotiations with suppliers, including the agreements with new vendors.
- Review contractual documents such as amendments and settlement agreements.
Support the preparation of program management and/or commodity reviews.
