Join us at TeamGlobal — where excellence empowers us!Job Description:The aviation logistics specialist will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of materials receiving, shipping, data control, certification qualification filing, and processing parts ordering per the FAA Part 145 repair station manual and FAA regulatory.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Supply Management: Ensuring the availability of parts, tools, and equipment for aircraft maintenance and operations.
* Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate records of all supplies and equipment.
* Coordination: Working with other departments to ensure that aircraft are ready for missions and maintenance.
* Procurement: Purchasing necessary supplies and equipment.
* Storage: Managing storage facilities to keep supplies safe and organized.
* Transportation: Facilitating the movement of supplies and equipment.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and movements. Job Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the aviation industry
* At least one year of experience in a rotorcraft organization in any capacity.
* Basic knowledge of FAA Part 145 repair station operations
* Able to lift 50 lbs.
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
