Schedule: Monday to Friday; 1st shift 6 am to 2:30 pm
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Your Organizational Skills Are Mission-CriticalPDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Logistics Clerk to support a dynamic aerospace operation in Phoenix, AZ. In this essential role, you’ll help keep the supply chain running smoothly—ensuring parts and products move efficiently, accurately, and on time. Whether it’s organizing inventory or planning outbound shipments, your attention to detail will help power innovation in the skies.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate daily logistics operations including inventory control, order processing, and product distribution
Operate a stand-up forklift to manage inbound and outbound shipments
Review inventory data and ensure accurate adjustments and product tracking
Schedule shipments to internal and external customers based on production needs
Liaise with freight carriers and shipping departments to ensure timely deliveries
Resolve delivery or detention issues to avoid costly delays
Evaluate shipment costs, consolidate loads, and select cost-efficient shipping methods within Department of Defense guidelines
Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage logistics communications and documentation
Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs and wear steel-toed shoes on the warehouse floor
What You’ll Need to SucceedRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of logistics, warehouse, or inventory experience
Experience operating a stand-up forklift
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Able to work 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Monday–Friday
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and wear steel-toed footwear

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
