As a Fuel Logistics Representative for Signature Energy, you will manage the vital link between our fuel supply and the dynamic demands of Signature Aviations network. Your core mission is to masterfully coordinate all fuel deliveries, ensuring our bases have the right product at the right time. This role requires a logistics expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.

Order Management Execution

• Accurately receive, process, and dispatch fuel orders using proprietary logistics software.
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery execution aligned with customer expectations and company margin objectives.
• Maintain real-time communication with carriers, suppliers, and Signature Aviation bases to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues.
• Reconcile Bills of Lading and delivery documentation to ensure operational accuracy and system integrity.
• Validate order fulfillment against system records and operational outcomes.

Supply Chain & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with the Supply Department to identify and secure cost-effective, reliable fuel sources.
• Recommend alternate supply points and carrier routes to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain partners, including fuel suppliers and transportation vendors.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions through strategic planning and communication.

Pricing Strategy & Margin Optimization

• Support pricing strategy execution by aligning fuel orders with spanet opportunities and margin goals.
• Analyze spanet conditions to identify arbitrage opportunities and recommend sourcing adjustments.
• Communicate supply or transportation constraints that may impact service levels or financial performance.

Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance dispatch processes, system workflows, and service delivery.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in fuel logistics and dispatch operations.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of basic math, including percentages, geometry, and algebra
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Outlook (calendar and email management), and Word (document formatting and reporting)
• Experience with logistics or ERP systems preferred
