As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials, contributing to the overall success of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and put away parts, both hazardous and non-hazardous, in their correct location using various warehouse management systems.
• Pick and process orders for both hazardous and non-hazardous materials according to established performance targets and priority sequences.
• Pack orders securely for shipment, adhering to shipping instructions and applicable standard specifications, including IATA regulations.
• Prepare shipping documents for hazardous and non-hazardous shipments.
• Cross-train in various workstations within the warehouse and provide assistance at any station on short notice.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Inform the supervisor immediately of any process, inventory, or system issues.

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
• 1 year of experience using SAP or equivalent material management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite for data analysis and decision-making.
• Familiarity with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and the ability to work safely.

• Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
• Ability to gather and analyze material management data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

Work shifts are from 06:00 to 14:30 and 13:30 to 22:00. Candidates need to be open to working both shifts. The work environment involves using advanced technologies and requires adherence to safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
