Role SummaryAs the Logistic Support , you will manage export administration and international distribution activities for a defined portfolio of clients and partners. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, delivery performance, compliance, and operational efficiency, while supporting sustainable and continuously improving logistics operations.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
- Manage and optimize export flows for an international client and partner portfolio with a high level of autonomy
- Organize and coordinate transportation across land, sea, and air freight providers, incorporating responsible and sustainable logistics practices
- Prepare, manage, and maintain all required export documentation in compliance with import/export regulations and internal procedures
- Handle logistics claims and customer complaints, driving corrective actions to improve service quality
- Anticipate customer needs and ensure product availability through proactive communication and strong relationship management
- Ensure alignment and regular communication with business decision?makers and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the Replenishment Planner to ensure consistent and effective subsidiary replenishment
- Maintain and update basic master data related to assigned logistics flows
- Analyze KPIs related to export and distribution performance, identify root causes, and propose action plans
- Lead or participate in governance forums, SIMs, and logistics communities as appropriate
- Support team members as backup to ensure continuity of operations
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, proposing innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce waste
Required Qualifications- Experience in export administration, international logistics, or distribution coordination
- Working knowledge of import/export regulations, customs documentation, and international trade compliance
- Experience coordinating transportation across multiple modes (land, sea, air)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Effective communication skills and a customer?focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications- Experience managing export flows for raw materials, services, or reverse logistics
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and master data maintenance
- Experience analyzing logistics KPIs and driving corrective actions
- Exposure to sustainability initiatives within logistics or supply chain operations
- Ability to lead meetings, governance forums, or cross?functional working groups

Pay Details: $26.72 per hour
