* Associate degree preferred but not required.
* Minimum 3 years of work experience in aerospace logistics.
* Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
* Experience following regulatory and company procedures, including ITAR compliance.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Logistics Technician in daily work performance.
* Must be able to travel within the US.
* Proven track record of success working on complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge.

* Ensure compliance with ITAR requirements.
* Maintain tool and part distribution and customer service desk in accordance with company policies.
* Implement and enforce tool control policies.
* Verify items received, inspect condition, and compare counts/measures to purchase orders and packing lists.
* Utilize software to perform cycle counts and record physical inventory and outbound shipments.
* Receive, organize, and stock incoming material systematically.
* Maintain accurate documentation of inventory additions, disbursements, adjustments, and removals.
* Fill parts requests by issuing and delivering items.
* Prepare reports and logs analyzing stock usage, core returns, unused parts, and out-of-box failures.
* Prepare parts and cores for shipment and document information in required systems.
* Demonstrate adherence to OSHA and OH&S requirements, wear PPE as appropriate, and maintain tools and equipment.
* Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements
* Work performed around loud noises, hazardous chemicals, and potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
* Ability to talk, listen, and communicate clearly by phone.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and access aircraft via ladders and boarding air stairs.
* Ability to access confined aircraft spaces.
