Conduct logistics actions associated with customer requests and duties including receiving, parts turn in, inventory, shipping and warehousing operations. Daily use of different types of forklifts. Must be capable of learning various operating systems across multiple platforms. (Microsoft office, SharePoint, Shipping Software, inventory management systems). Able to stand for long periods of time and must be able to lift 25- 50 lbs. due to pulling of parts from warehouse and deliveries. Ability to work in aircraft warehouses and hanger type environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pulling parts to fill customer requests in current operating system
• Responsible for shipments to meet demand; packing, labelling and documentation
• Must be able to process large volume of receipts/turn ins under specific timeline
• Accountable for all incoming/outgoing material, physically and in Draken system
• Required to do inventory count/transfers in warehouse based on monthly schedule
• Required to use tracking system and checklist procedures for international exports
• Accountable for all expenditures/financials in accordance with company policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures of the logistics program
• Ensure compliance with ITAR requirements as well as all import/export actions
• Ensure accountability of all logistics documents; physically and systematically

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 2 years’ experience related to logistics and inventory
• Must have experience working with inventory management software.
• Must have experience with warehouse functions and pallet jack operations
• Must be able to multi-task and with great attention to detail
• Able to obtain and maintain “Secret” security clearance.
• Valid, current Driver’s License required
• Forklift experience is required
• Must be willing to relocate to Lakeland, FL area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past military experience is highly preferred.
