PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace industry innovator to hire a skilled and dependable Logistics Technician to support critical production and supply chain operations. As a Logistics Technician, you’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, support production flow, and ensure materials are available where and when they’re needed. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency and the successful build of advanced aerospace products.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support warehouse, inventory, and production logistics operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain inventory of aerospace parts and materials while ensuring safety and security standards are met
Conduct parts accuracy audits for Mobile Delivery Units (MDUs) to support production flowline build plans
Retrieve and deliver materials and components to designated production and warehouse locations
Inventory and monitor free-stock and consumable bins to ensure material availability
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient logistics operation following 5S methodologies
Perform basic computer and data entry tasks for inventory tracking and reporting
Conduct parts bin and delivery unit audits to maintain inventory accuracy
Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional logistics tasks as assigned
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and operations teams to support daily workflow requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid state driver’s license
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate inventory records
Preferred Qualifications
Previous aerospace, manufacturing, or production logistics experience
Experience supporting flowline or production environments
Knowledge of inventory auditing and material handling processes
Familiarity with 5S or lean manufacturing methodologies
Experience operating warehouse or material handling equipment
Physical Requirements
This role is performed in a production and logistics environment and requires the ability to:
Lift up to 30 lbs. and occasionally carry up to 20 lbs.
Walk throughout warehouse, production, flight line, and operational areas
Operate tools and equipment including hydraulic lifts and material handling equipment
Stand, sit, squat, kneel, push, and pull as needed throughout the workday
Work indoors and outdoors, including uneven surfaces and production environments
Hear safety alerts and communicate effectively in busy operational settings

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
