Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Logistics/Supply Chain Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. You will make and execute decisions for operating inventory including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of asset identification and ability to resolve technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing engineering and other teams. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college including: Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or Business.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Must be a US citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Desired Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer-centered environment.
• Experience with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.
• Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management
• Proficient in SAP
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
