Position Details
Shift: 1st Shift M-F
Pay Rate: $25.32/hr
Bonus Program (up to $3,000)
Candidates with hands-on machine operation experience, strong technical aptitude, and experience in aerospace or similar manufacturing environments.
Recommended Skill Sets
Experience operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, or similar production equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
Knowledge of machining processes and metal fabrication techniques
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and precision requirements
Quality & Precision
Experience performing in-process inspections
Proficient using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail to maintain tight tolerances

Strong communication skills

Pay Details: $25.32 per hour
